Gotta Love Utah!!!

Okay, so besides all the obvious reasons of the SLC temple, temple square, Zion's National Park, fishing, hiking and fun snowball fights to have during the winter ... there is one more to make me love the state of Utah even more, University of Utah! :) They have compiled an excellent book concerning food storage and it's broken down to super simple steps that make it feel very possible! :) Check out the book here. It's a 124 page book that you are free to print copies of (as long as you site your source). The words are large and the graphics a plenty, so it's not intense reading, but it really helps you feel like you are getting our bearings, because if you are anything like me the biggest challenge is figuring out where to start.
